Fiscal Services
The Fiscal Services Department serves the district's general and facilities accounting and financing functions. The department develops, monitors, and reports the transactions of the district. Providing oversight for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and position control.
The Accounting Department provides timely and accurate disbursement of payments to vendors and reimbursements to employees and is also responsible for assisting with employee travel pre-payments and reimbursements. They also create invoices for external and internal customers.
