Paso Robles Joint Unified School District

Annually, the Director of  Maintenance and Operations reviews and updates the Deferred Maintenance Plan. The revised plan contains the most recent information available detailing the condition of the district's facilities and the needed maintenance and repairs.

Current Projects:

• Intercoms and Fire Alarms Kermit King, Winifred Pifer & Virginia Peterson
• LED classroom lighting all sites 
• Slurry seal parking lots mid July Pat Butler & Georgia Brown Elementary
• HVAC at LFJH waiting on units with JR Barto
• Softsurface repair at Glen Speck 
• Turf Maintenance scheduled war Memorial & PRHS scheduled July 19th & 20th 
• Updated new software for Events & workorder systems scheduled active July 1st, 2025
• Remote entry scheduled to begin July 7 thru July 18, 2025
