Remember:
- October 12th is a working day for all classified employees.
- November 23rd– 27th are non-working days for Calendar C and D.
- November 23rd & 24thh are working days for all Calendar A, and B staff (off 11/27 – 11/28).
- November 25, 2026 Equalization Day (Non-Work Day) for all Calendar A and B Staff.
- Winter Recess is 11 off duty days with 4 paid holidays for 10-month employees (Calendars C & D only).
- December 21st - January 4th are working days for all Calendar A and B staff (off 12/24,12/25,12/31, & 1/1).
- March 29th & April 5th -are non-workdays for Calendars C and D (Spring Recess).
- March 26th and April 30th are non-workdays for Calendars C and D (PSPS Days).
- March 26th & April 30th PSPS days are working days for all Calendar A and B Staff
Vacation Payout:
- Calendar B, C, and D unit members are paid out no later than July 31 of each year.
- Calendar A -12 Month Employees will be paid out for unused vacation (greater than two years) no later than August 31 of each year.
*11-month clerical, have 22 non-pay days
