EdSource Highlights Marie Bauer Early Education Center's Inclusive Preschool Program [EdSource]

PRJUSD is proud to see Marie Bauer Early Education Center featured in a recent EdSource article examining how inclusive preschool programs can improve outcomes for students while helping school districts better meet the needs of children with disabilities.
The article highlights the work happening right here in Paso Robles, where students of all abilities learn and grow together in inclusive classroom environments. It also recognizes the leadership of Director of Early Childhood Education Heather Wahlberg and the dedicated educators, specialists, and support staff who make that work possible every day.
At Marie Bauer, inclusion is more than a program model—it's a commitment to ensuring every child has the opportunity to learn, belong, and reach their potential. By bringing students together, providing early support, and building strong foundations for learning, the Marie Bauer team is helping shape successful futures for some of our youngest Bearcats.
Their work at MBEEC embodies our commitment to the belief that every student deserves a safe, supportive environment where they feel valued and empowered to thrive—starting from their very first school experiences.
Congratulations to Ms. Wahlberg and the entire Marie Bauer Early Education Center team on this well-deserved recognition!
