PRJUSD Welcomes Doreen Castillo as Director of District Data, Assessment and Plan Alignment

Paso Robles Joint Unified School District (PRJUSD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Doreen Castillo as the new Director of District Data, Assessment and Plan Alignment. Mrs.Castillo joins the district with over 18 years of distinguished administrative experience in educational leadership.
Mrs.Castillo brings a diverse and robust background to PRJUSD, having successfully served as a principal across multiple educational tiers, including high school, junior high, and intermediate school levels, as well as within the County Office of Education. Her exceptional leadership has earned her prestigious accolades, including being honored as the Administrator of the Year for her school district and being named the top administrator for Madera County.
As she steps into her new role, Mrs. Castillo is focused on a clear, student-centered mission.
"My primary goal is to support the school sites in developing clear plans aligned with the district to improve student achievement. My strength is building relationships and coming alongside colleagues to reach those goals."
In her position at PRJUSD, Mrs. Castillo will leverage her extensive experience to oversee district data systems, student assessments, and the strategic alignment of educational plans, ensuring that data-driven insights translate into collaborative, community-wide success for students.
