Measure M
Measure M is a $95 million general obligation bond passed in the November 8, 2016, election. Our "Measure M Resources" includes documents pertaining to the construction projects.
A Citizen's Oversight Committee was established on February 17, 2017. The Committee's legal charge is to actively review and report on the expenditure of taxpayer money for school construction in accordance with voter-approved projects.
Facilities Master Plan
The PRJUSD Facilities Master Plan (FMP) was developed in early 2016 and approved by the PRJUSD Board of Trustees on April 12, 2016. The FMP included $135 million worth of projects a proposed bond would cover. On August 2, 2016, the Board of Trustees approved Priority List A and B to lower the proposed bond amount to $95 million and voted 7-0 to order a school bond election.
