Non-Emergency--Important, but does not need immediate attention
- Open 24/7/365
- Complete a Help Desk - IT Work Orders
- Open during regular office hours of 7:30am-3:30pm
- Call the IT Help Desk @ (805) 769-1111 or internally @ Ext. 1111
- After Hour Emergencies: Have the site/department Admin call the IT Director Directly
