Paso Robles High School students have been whipping away in the culinary kitchen. First-year students show off their bright lemon tart delights! This is one of the first projects the young culinary cooks have been able to produce for catering. They're delicious and fancy little desserts, great for serving at a party or for afternoon tea. Chef White says, "we chalk this up as real-world experience"!
