    The School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) is meant to consolidate all school-level planning efforts into one plan for programs funded through the consolidated application (ConApp), pursuant to the California Education Code (EC) Section 64001 and the Elementary and Secondary Education Act as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). The School Plan for Student Achievement is based on the work completed during the previous WASC Self Study Report.
