State and Federal Programs

  • Our mission of the State and Federal Programs office is to provide technical assistance, resources, and program monitoring of schools within the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District to ensure that all children have an opportunity to obtain a high quality education and to achieve proficiency on high academic standards. Our support includes training and assistance with the Local Education Agency (LEA) Plan development, School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) development, School Site Council (SSC) training, Federal Program Monitoring (FPM), providing Supplemental Educational Services (SES), Consolidated Application assistance, Parent Involvement through Parent Compacts, Parent Involvement Policy, and Title I parent meetings. In addition, the State and Federal Programs office assures compliance with state and federal laws pertaining to the use of categorical funding sources.
