Some Basic Rules

1)

Type exactly what’s written on your registration form to successfully login.

2)

NO CAPS NO SPACES ANYWHERE

3)

NO NICK NAMES
4) If you have a bunch of zeroes in front of your permanent ID number start with the first whole number like this:
000023456 change to 23456
5) Keep your password in a secure place. After you use it do not leave written. Someone may take your numbers and use them. This paper should be kept confidential. Do not lose this sheet.
6) Log in can be used on any computer on campus.

This section references Figure 2 below.

In the first blank box, type in your last name with your permanent ID number.  With a hyphenated last name, you may have to experiment with it a little. Most will go right in if you type exactly what’s written on your registration form. If you do not want to type in both names every time, we can adjust that with a call to the tech office and change it to just one last name.

In the second blank box, type in your student number with your first name (no nick names).
