Three years ago I decided to make a career change.  I was working as a Rehabilitation Therapist at a maximum security hospital and decided that my current career wasn’t fulfilling my dream of helping people.  The most interesting part of my job was facilitating groups.  This interest combined with my love of children lead me to pursue teaching.  I loved the teaching component of my work and, because of that desire to teach, I returned to school.  I earned my teaching credential in Special Education.
