The Chess Club meets in room 509 every
Wednesday at Lunch. We have Chess players of all ability levels. Many
of our Chess players meet at Lunch in room 405 under the supervision
of long time Chess Tournament organizer Carol Milburn.
On Wednesday
meeting days, we often discuss Chess strategies, tournament rules,
score keeping, using the clock, and logging your moves in a game, come
by and play a game at lunch.
Our Team has competed in many tournaments around the county. Over
the years, many players have one trophies and brought to Paso Robles
High School. Much of the spirit of the club, in addition to
competition, is ongoing friendly games and camaraderie that develops
strong friendships.
