NOTE: You will not be allowed to bring food or drink into the Gym.  Water will be provided.  Students should lock purses or other personal items in cars or have someone hold them. There is no secured place to leave them during the ceremony and graduates will NOT be allowed to carry personal articles including cameras, into the ceremony. Please, NO LEIS!  You may adorn the graduates as you please AFTER the ceremony is concluded.

BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS

GRADUATES:
Graduates are expected to show respect for each other during practice and during the ceremony. A search of each graduate will be conducted prior to the ceremony. Inappropriate behavior or violation of school rules may result in the elimination/removal from the ceremony and/or the holding of the diploma pending disciplinary action/hearing.

AUDIENCE:
To assist with crowd control in the audience, officers from the Paso Robles Police Department and private security will be present. Two P R Police officers will be designated to be in and around the field. If there are individuals in the audience who are creating a disturbance, please contact one of the police officers for assistance.  NO AIR HORNS, PLEASE!  They can damage the hearing of people sitting near you (often young children), and it's simply impolite.

Our goal is to have a graduation ceremony that is dignified and memorable to all graduates and their families. If everyone follows the outlined procedures and expectations, June 11, 2010 will be the type of ceremony of which we will all be proud. Thank you for your continued assistance.

To assure your graduate's participation in the ceremony, please discuss the requirements for ceremony participation with your son/daughter.
