Project Management:

Project management is the discipline of organizing and managing resources in such a way that these resources deliver all the work required to complete a project within defined scope, time, and cost constraints (www.wikipedia.com).

In this project, we had to plan a schedule in order to meet the deadline of Family Science Night on February 23, 2007 . We made a Gantt chart to give an overview of the tasks and timeframe.

The tasks that needed to be accomplished were a complete write-up of all documents in the design process, a test of the components and circuit, an etched prototype board, a price checkpoint, mass order of components and board, printed instruction sheet, manufacture of kits, testing and feedback, and marketing.
