How to Participate

Congratulations!  You have decided to do real science (and have a lot of fun).  We are looking forward to seeing your experiment and results.

There are two kinds of registration: Team & Individual.  Every participant needs to register and must sign a liability release form.

Team Registration:

Registration free and in return we will provide badges, hot & cold drinks, lunch, dinner, and an opportunity to launch your experiment and present your results.  A team is a group of 3 to 5 active student participants (Members), and from 1 to 4 responsible adults.  Every team of students must have at least one responsible adult (Coach) who will be present at all times and will maintain all parent permissions and contact information.

1.  Choose Members & Coach.

Individual Registration:

Individuals who wish to participate must also register.  Individual students (<18 years old) must have at least one responsible adult present.

Individuals are asked to volunteer to help.  This help may include arranging services before the event, helping during the event, donating money or services, or loaning equipment for the event.  In return for your help we will provide the BBQ dinner Saturday evening free of charge.  Individuals who are unable or unwilling to volunteer but would still like dinner will need to send $9 with their registration payable to Claire Silver of Tobin James Cellars, for their dinner.
