This year's Endeavour students worked diligently and creatively to design and build well-engineered  Hot Air Balloons.  The design and construction process took four weeks as students creatively brainstormed and evaluated alternative designs, thoroughly analysed and documented their chosen design before constructing and testing it.

Despite many frayed nerves and last-minute disasters, every team successfully launched their balloon designs. Congratulations to all!

They launched this year's beautiful crop of Hot Air Balloons on Thursday, December 17 at eight A.M. on the Paso Robles High School football field.

Beginning and intermediate student teams were required to design a balloon capable of bearing an egg-filled gondola. The advanced Endeavour InvenTeam students were challenged to loft special telemetry systems including remote live aerial video

Everyone was welcome and many parents, teachers, and other students came to watch this exciting event.

The day was Cold, Clear, and Calm ( the essential 3 C's of hot air ballooning).
In short, It was a perfect day for a balloon launch.
